• DobraLokata Ltd. makes profitable investments on a real estate market on the basis of own analysis and also a great investment experience of BudNest Ltd.
• DobraLokata Ltd. invests in profitable projects on the real estate market in cooperation with BudNest Ltd. and also increases the value of real estate by promotion and other value adding activities (refurbishment works, utility projects, obtaining permits) and sells it at a profit.
• After a loan maturity date, capital invested by you is paid back with interest specified in the contract.
• • At the end, we will invite you to participate in further investment projects and ask you for a reference letter so that others may take advantage of the preferential terms and conditions that we offer.
