„Dobra Lokata” shall not be understood as a money deposit paid upon request or maturity date and also as bank account maintenance order in compliance with the act of 29 August, 1997 on bank law (unified text, Journal of Acts 02.72.665 as amended). "Dobra Lokata" shall be understood as transfer of a specified amount of money from a borrower to lender in accordance with a loan contract concluded by the two parties, under which the lender shall be obliged to return the loan including interests before lapse of a deadline specified in the loan contract.
